What tank?

In August when the Bills traded Sammy Watkins and Ronald Darby on the same day it would not have been outrageous to think the Bills were going to be in an open re-build mode all year aka “tanking.”

It was not even their only move. They also traded back on draft day for an extra pick a whole year away.

They almost completely severed ties with the players the new regime did not draft.

I still do not think the Bills put out the best roster they could TALENT wise but whatever they did, it worked.

It was far from a tank, in fact, the opposite, a playoff caliber team.

Talk about proving a lot of people wrong.

What a story from “tanking” to “playoff bound.”
