Here are your New York Jets player evaluations for the quarterbacks and running backs.

The New York Jets 2017 season is behind us. 5-11 is the final mark. Some thought they would be worse, some thought it was right on the mark. Whether or not it was the expected record, this is where we are, and now it is time to look ahead to next year. Where are we going with this franchise? What is going to happen? Who needs to go and who stays? We have a long time to talk about it.

John F. Kennedy, among others, has been attributed with this quote:

"We can’t know where we’re going until we know where we’ve been."

It’s a great quote and it makes sense when evaluating a football team. It is important to know how the evaluations round out before serious decisions can be made. How did this roster perform in its current form? From there it can be decided where it needs to go.

In that regard we are going to begin offseason evaluations. The team is doing it, so why can’t we? We are going to break down individual players and look at their season, ending off with a grade.
