Third Round: Bradley Bozeman: C: Alabama

The New York Jets offensive line has been atrocious in 2017 and has felt the losses of both Nick Mangold and D’Brickashaw Ferguson over the past two seasons. With Wesley Johnson approaching free agency and with his lackluster performance this year the Jets could look to upgrade the center position.

Bozeman has the size and demonstrated  his prowess in dominating in the run game. While it is hard to judge his pass blocking given the lack of passing situations for the Crimson Tide, when he was asked to pass block he did a nice job.

Bozeman would be an upgrade over Johnson and would immediately help in the run game. His pass blocking will need some work, but this is something that the Jets can definitely work on. The good news it that Alabama’s offensive linemen understand the pro system and Bozeman has only started for one year which means less wear and tear then some of the other offensive line prospects from Alabama have had in recent memory.
