Can the New York Jets really dance to anything?
Who would have ever thought that the New York Jets would be a social media phenomenon? Lo and behold, that is exactly what we had this week.
What happened was a complete role reversal for the Jets and not just because they dominated their opponent. Normally, it’s the Flight Crew that gets featured for their dancing. This week, during the game against the Buffalo Bills, it was the Jets defense that had the spotlight turned on them, for their dance moves.
In case you missed it, during the Thursday Night Football game with the Bills, the Jets defense was on the field during a television time out. During the time out, the defense danced to the music being played in the stadium. The first clips were seen on the television feed but then film of the entire break hit the internet. Well, their moves were so, let’s say, “interesting”, that the video went crazy.

The video was passed around so much that it actually started a hashtag on Twitter, “#JetsDancetoAnything”. That became so popular that it was trending, for those of you that use Twitter and know what that means. For everyone else, it means many people liked it.
So, it also caused fans to take the video and set it to all different types of music and tweet out their own “GIF” files. The Jets were dancing to anything from kids music to popular adult music and everything in between.
Henceforth the name “#JetsDanceToAnything”.
