A. . . . Evan Engram

More from Empire Writes Back

Engram is off to a great start with 30 catches for 342 yards and three touchdowns. With the injuries to the wide receiver position, expect Engram’s roll in the offense to expand over the remainder of the season.

The versatility of Engram has to have the Giants excited about how they can deploy him from multiple positions including the slot and even on the outside. Even as a tight end, Engram has become the number one option in the passing game and will be a strong second option behind Odell Beckham Jr. in 2018.

Looking forward, it appears the Giants have found a versatile weapon at tight end they can build around, especially if the team is moving onto a young quarterback in the next few years.
