Finally! It only took eight weeks but the defensive line finally sacked a quarterback when Muhammad Wilkerson threw Matt Ryan to the MetLife Stadium turf on Sunday.  Outside of that it was a lackluster for the defensive line.

The line struggled once again to get any pressure on Matt Ryan the entire afternoon as the Falcons quarterback had time to dissect the Jets defense. While the Falcons did fumble four times, it was because of poor snaps between Alex Mack and Matt Ryan.

The line struggled against the run allowing 140 yards on the ground to the Falcons. The defensive line struggled in both the pass rush and stopping the run against the Falcons all afternoon and took a step back from their previous meeting against the Dolphins.
