Frank Ntilikina takes on MSG

For the second time in three years, the Knicks have chosen to take a European groomed player with a top ten pick.

Jackson seemed to be the mind behind drafting Porzingis, Hernangomez and now the 19-year-old out of France.

Jackson received a great amount of criticism for these choices, until they hit the hardwood.

Both Porzingis and Hernangomez have solidified their futures in New York.

The eighth overall pick stands at 6 foot 5 inches with a seven-foot wingspan with a defensive mindset that can transform the Knicks backcourt playing alongside Tim Hardaway Jr.

Many have already deemed Ntilikina a bust. After this past summer league, the Knicks have taken heat for not picking Dennis Smith Jr. over Ntilikina.

Ntilikina was mainly drafted for his defensive presence he brings to the table. If need be, Ntilikina’s versatility can allow him to play either the point or the wing.

Ntilikina is ecstatic to be playing in the big apple and alongside a great player like Porzingis
