Jim Schwartz Gets Lifted

2014 was one of the best years the Buffalo Bills have had this century. There are a plethora of moments that back up that claim.

The one that takes the top spot as the best moment has to be defensive coordinator Jim Schwartz getting lifted off the field.

The Bills defense was elite that season. That game, in particular, was impressive.

Schwartz was canned by the Detroit Lions after being their head coach for five seasons. He ended the Lions’ playoff drought, and for a second, you would’ve thought he just ended the Bills’.

Schwartz was loved by his players and the victory that day meant the most.

The odds of a coordinator getting lifted off the field by his players after a Week 5 win against a non-conference opponent is overwhelmingly low.

The odds of it happening ever again is even lower.

What a moment for Buffalo Bills fans. The team finally showed how much they care.
