MLB Players Weekend is something we haven’t ever seen before. It will allow fans to see jerseys with “Kraken”, “Thor”, “All Rise”, and “La Potencia” on the back. Some fans are excited. Others don’t like the idea. There were plenty of fans that thought the Yankees should not participate in the event at all. (At least they’re not putting the nicknames on their pinstripes.) We’ll get a better feel for everyone’s reaction after this weekend.
