“Yogi”

Okay, last Yankee.  Maybe.  Lawrence Berra was bigger than life, although he only stood about 5’5″.  13-time World Series Champ – let that sink in – he can’t even fit all of his rings on his fingers. Three-time MVP and the creator of more epic sayings than any other sports figure ever.  I had the pleasure of meeting Yogi once. I was wearing shorts in the winter and the first thing he asks was, “aren’t you freezing?” – such a caring man.

ORIGIN: Growing up, a childhood friend said he looked like a Hindu Yogi when he squatted at catcher.
