LT Brent Qvale, LG Craig Watts, C Jonotthan Harrison, RG Dakota Dozier, and RT Brandon Shell

These five are listed as the second-team offensive line on the New York Jets first unofficial depth chart.

Brent Qvale started five games for the Jets last year, filling in at tackle and guard. He’s listed as the backup left tackle on New York’s unofficial depth chart and should make the team this year as a swing tackle/reserve guard.

Craig Watts has spent most of his career on the practice squads for the New York Jets and San Diego Chargers. Injuries gave Watts an opportunity to be on the Jets active roster for three games in 2016 but he saw a very limited game action.

Jonotthan Harrison spent the last three seasons in and out of the Indianapolis Colts starting lineup. He’s worked at both center and guard.

Harrison will compete with Wesley Johnson for the Jets starting center position as well as a reserve interior lineman spot.

Dakota Dozier was the Jets fourth round pick in 2014 and has been a backup guard since. James Carpenter and Brian Winters are locked into New York’s two starting guard spots so Dozier’s best chance at a roster spot is as a reserve guard.

The New York Jets selected Brandon Shell in the fifth round of the 2016 NFL Draft but he struggled to see action early in his rookie year. Injuries pushed Shell into Gang Green’s starting lineup for the last three games of the season and he performed well.

Shell is expected to compete with Ben Ijalana for the starting right tackle job this offseason. If he loses out, Shell will make the team as the Jets backup tackle.
