The New York Jets continue their carousel of quarterbacks. The answer is right in front of them in Penn State alum Christian Hackenberg.

New York Jets fans are awaiting to see who will be the day-one starter. Will it be Josh McCown? Maybe Bryce Petty? No, no, no.

The answer, is Christian Hackenberg.

The Penn State product is, without a doubt, the next quarterback of the New York Jets. He might not have the experience of McCown, but believe me, he’s ready to lead an NFL team to the big

time.

Pennsylvania might as well be known as the “Quarterback Belt”. Every so often, a good quarterback makes their way out of our bland neighbor, and give an NFL team a shot to compete.

Hackenberg is ready to do the same for “Gang Green’.

He is capable of playing in front of a huge crowd, and he has the intangibles of a great starting quarterback.

I had the privilege of watching Hackenberg at Jets training camp, and boy, can that guy zip it.

He has great chemistry with Robby Anderson and ArDarius Stewart. Each of those guys have a legitimate shot of earning a starting spot in 2017. If he can find a way to mesh with clear cut number one Quincy Enunwa, I think he deserves a chance at the spotlight.

Really, with the recent gunslinger troubles for the New York Jets, it only makes sense to take a shot on Hackenberg.

If he works out, it’s genius. He’s the quarterback of the future, and everyone is happy.

If he doesn’t, then you have Petty and McCown ready to slide right in. I just don’t think that will happen.

He’s going to be the future, and I have no doubt about it. He’s the guy, and New York Jets fans should be ready for him to take them to a title.
