The New York Yankees are in desperate need of the All-Star Break. With guys on the DL left and right, the Yanks need some time off to regroup.

The New York Yankees look to handle the last game before the All-Star Break today against the Milwaukee Brewers.

Yesterday the Bombers snatched a victory from the jaws of defeat after rookie sensation Clint Frazier hit a walk-off moonshot to left field. The win is a positive for the Yankees, but the whole month of July has been rather negative.

After the injury bug got its way into the water, baseball in the Bronx has become tough to watch.

The bullpen stinks, and the starting pitching is up-and-down. The only consistent spot is the lineup.

The New York Yankees are still right in the mix of things after a horrible month of July, and the only thing they need is a break.

They need time to regroup so Starlin Castro, CC Sabathia, and Matt Holiday can all come back and be productive.

They also need time to figure out the situation at first base, and how to handle the bullpen woes with Tyler Clippard.

If the Yanks can steal this series from the Brew Crew today, then they will be putting themselves on the upswing heading into the second stanza of the season.

Even with the struggles, the New York Yankees remain right in the thick of things.
