Number Three- Geno Smith

Now we enter the toss-up of the depth chart discussion with Big Blue.

Geno Smith came over from the New York Jets, and he could be the rightful heir to the throne under center.

I really like the acquisition of Smith, and he could realistically take over for Eli Manning. Smith was

drafted in the second round in 2013, and is one of the more inconsistent quarterbacks the NFL has seen.

It’s scary to think the Geno-coaster might be the next leader of the Giants, and I worry about it.

His potential is there, and if he tries to learn from Manning, he could be a really good NFL quarterback.

He just has that history of being so inconsistent, and that is why he ranks in at three on this list.

He possesses raw talent, but he also continues to have a question mark hanging over his head. Until he proves that he can hold down a starting spot, he will never start in the NFL.

That leaves a big opening for the rookie that comes in at number two on our list.
