Final Thoughts

The Yankees will need someone to step up in C.C. Sabathia’s absence.

Manager Joe Girardi could choose to use any number of these arms to get through C.C.’s DL stint.

We should expect a drop in production from whoever takes the hill for the Yanks, considering how well C.C. was pitching prior to his injury.

However, with the offense being one of the best in baseball, the Yankees just need Sabathia’s replacement to be serviceable. The offense will likely continue to carry this team.

For what appears to be at least the next month, the Yankees will look for one of these young arms to join their starting rotation and help them win games.
