The New York Jets will be entering the final day of the NFL Draft with a ton of picks. Here is our live tracker to keep you up-to-date on what Gang Green does.
It has been a fairly successful 2017 NFL Draft for the New York Jets so far. In the first round, the Jets were able to select safety Jamal Adams from LSU. As one of the best defensive players on the board, getting Adams was certainly a good pick for New York.
In the second round, the Jets drafted another safety, as they used their pick on Marcus Maye from Florida. The safety position was an issue for the Jets, and we will likely see both Maye and Adams starting in Week 1 for the Jets.
Due to the Jets taking two safeties in the first two rounds, Calvin Pryor could certainly be moved for a draft pick during the final day of the NFL Draft. Even though the Jets entered with two picks in the third round on Friday night, they ended up making multiple trades to stockpile some more picks for the final day of the draft. With just one pick in the third round, the Jets did take wide receiver Ardarius Stewart from Alabama.
