A+. . LB. 49ers. REUBEN FOSTER

The San Francisco 49ers traded to get the 31st pick from the Atlanta Falcons. Then, the 49ers got the steal of the draft, taking Reuben Foster out of Alabama with the 31st pick.

Foster should’ve gone much earlier, regardless of his off of the field issues. He moves laterally like no other linebacker in the draft, and his speed is unmatched. He has unbelievable strength, paired with great knowledge of the game.

His ability to read plays out of the inside linebacker position is very impressive. He is a naturally bred winner out of Alabama, and he is going to bring that culture back to the San Francisco 49ers.

He is the first linebacker taken in the first round by the 49ers since Patrick Willis, and he won’t disappoint. He will be an unbelievable linebacker in the NFL, and he won’t need much time to develop.

Great job here by the 49ers.
