A. . TE. Cleveland Browns. DAVID NJOKU

The Browns finished up a busy first round by trading into the end of the first round. With their first two picks in the first round, the Browns drafted Myles Garrett and Jabrill Peppers to bolster the defense.

While Garett was certainly the right pick for the Browns, selecting Peppers was debatable. At the end of the night, the Browns acquired the 29th overall pick from the Green Bay Packers. Having three picks in the first round is certainly an accomplishment for the Browns, and they did a great job with their final pick in the third round.

With the 29th pick, the Browns helped improve their offense by selecting tight end David Njoku from Miami. Even though Evan Engram was taken by the Giants before Njoku, the Browns got a complete tight end, who is actually more of a tight end than a receiver compared to Engram.

Even though the quarterback situation is still a mess in Cleveland, adding a weapon like Njoku will help them when they do try to find a franchise player at the position. This pick was great value for the Browns, and they should be happy with getting a player like Njoku.
