The New York Rangers are tied up in their series with the Montreal Canadiens after four games. What are three things they must do to win the series?

After four games, the New York Rangers and Montreal Canadiens are tied in their seven-game series two games a piece.

The Rangers were able to put pressure on the Canadiens right away in the series, as they took the first game in Montreal by a score of 2-0. Henrik Lundqvist was outstanding in the game, and the Rangers were able to set the tone in the series.

In Game 2, the Canadiens were able to even the series with a late flurry in the third period. The Rangers were less than a minute away from leaving Montreal with a commanding 2-0 series lead. However, the Canadiens scored late in the period and then won the game in overtime. Overall, splitting on the road was a win for the Rangers, but they were so close to having complete control of the series.

As the series shifted back to New York, the Rangers really looked poor in Game 3. The Canadiens were able to dominate much of the game, and the Rangers lost yet another home game. In a must-win game for the Rangers in Game 4, they were finally to play well at home to even the series.

Overall, the series has been pretty even so far. Both teams have scored eight goals in four games, as they goalies for both teams have been outstanding. With the series now being a best of three, here are three things the Rangers must do to defeat the Canadiens.
