The New York Rangers and Montreal Canadiens face off in Game 2 of their first-round matchup tonight at the Bell Centre. Here is all the information you need to watch the game.

The New York Rangers and Montreal Canadiens continue their first round series of the NHL Playoffs. The Rangers pulled off the upset in Game 1, winning 2-0 to take control of the series.

Enforcer Tanner Glass scored the first goal of the series about the midway point of the first period. That goal would prove to be the deciding factor, as Michael Grabner scored an empty net goal with just over a minute left in the game.

Henrik Lundqvist was outstanding in the game, saving all 31 shots that he faced. It was the exact type of performance the Rangers needed to pull off a road victory in a hostile environment. Lundqvist’s performance is that much more impressive given who was going up against.

More from New York Rangers

Carey Price is one of the best goaltenders in the NHL. He showcased that by surrendering only one goal, as he played a strong game as well. But, it was not enough to knock off the Rangers in Game 1.

With all of the momentum, the Rangers will now look to take a commanding lead in the series. Splitting in Montreal was an excellent start, as the Rangers now hold home ice advantage. Heading into Madison Square Garden 1-1 is always the goal, but going back home with a 2-0 lead would put the Rangers in an excellent position.

Will they be able to pull off another upset at the Bell Centre, a place they have had a lot of success recently in the postseason? Or will the Canadiens even up the series as the teams prepare to head to New York for a game Sunday?

We have all the information you need to watch and enjoy Game 2 between the Rangers and Canadiens.
