Oakland Raiders

The Raiders are a budding organization with a lot of young talent, and Cruz could be the wide receiver compliment they need to get atop the AFC. The Raiders are a complete team with a top defense, a dynamic running game, and a legitimate MVP candidate in Derek Carr.

Carr was exceptional this season and showed that he could lead a team to the playoffs. He had a highly talented group of receivers including Amari Cooper and Michael Crabtree, and with the addition of Cruz, they would be a force in the AFC west.

Cruz would live nicely as a member of the Raiders. He would have a low snap count, he would live in the slot, and he would have a great shot at putting another Lombardi Trophy on his shelf.

In a perfect world, Cruz would go to Oakland and have a great end to his career. He would have a great chance at ending his career on top, and he would be playing in a growing market. Cruz would also help the receiving corps in Oakland grow into an elite group. His veteran abilities would also help Carr mature into a sustainable top quarterback in the league.
