The New York Giants had a successful 2016 season. What do they need to do to win Super Bowl 52 next season?

With Super Bowl 51 just a few days away, the New York Giants will be hoping to play in the game next season. In 2016, the Giants took a few steps in the right direction. However, they still have a few things to fix to win Super Bowl 52.

The Giants do have a few core things that they will be able to rely upon heading into next season. Even though it wasn’t a great season for Eli Manning, he is still a franchise quarterback. Unlike sometimes in the NFL, the Giants certainly don’t have to worry about addressing the starting quarterback position next season.

In addition to Manning on offense, the Giants also have one of the best wide receivers in the league in Odell Beckham Jr. In the playoffs, Beckham certainly did not play well against the Packers. However, nothing would indicate that he won’t bounce back for the Giants next season.

On the defensive side of the ball, there is a lot to like about the Giants. The big investment on the defense certainly paid off for general manager Jerry Reese. Even though the offense struggled at times, the defense was pretty great in the second half of the season. The emergence of safety Landon Collins this season will certainly be a bright spot for the Giants for years to come.

With a lot of things going right for the Giants, here are five things that they need to do to win Super Bowl 52.
