Point Guard. New York Knicks. DERRICK ROSE. B+. Rose was a big topic of discussion in the offseason when the Knicks traded for him and he has answered some of those doubts. He looks explosive on the court as he is now in his second season removed from surgery. He said himself that he won’t return to vintage MVP Rose, but he has been giving solid performances thus far. He has only missed one game because of back spasms and has looked healthy otherwise. He has added a dimension to the Knicks they have not seen in a while with his ability to get to the paint. It would be nice to see him find his teammates a couple of more times on those forays into the paint, but things remain a work in progress.
Per Game Averages: 31.9 MIN, 16.7 PTS, 4.1 REB, 4.8 AST, 0.76 STL, 0.43 BLK, 16.5 PER

New York Knicks. BRANDON JENNINGS. A. Jennings looked like he was a steal when the Knicks signed him in free agency and he has continued to look like one during the season. He has taken the reins of the second unit and ran with them, literally. Jennings leads an uptempo style off the bench that energizes both his teammates and the fans. He is capable of playing alongside any of his teammates and gives the Knicks an outstanding backup point guard option that gets everyone involved. Per Game Averages: 22.2 MIN, 7.5 PTS, 2.7 REB, 5.1 AST, 1.00 STL, 13.6 PER. Point Guard
