The New York Jets came up just short against the New England Patriots. What were five takeaways from the game?

It was a good Sunday of football for the New York Jets against the New England Patriots, but they came up just short. On Sunday, the Jets lost 22-17, but it was certainly one of their best games of the season.

The Jets got off to a very nice start on Sunday, which has been a rarity this season. To start the game, the Jets were up 10-0, and they put themselves in a rare position to play with a lead. Unfortunately, the Patriots were able to come back against them, as it is hard to keep their high-powered offense down.

After the Jets jumped out to a 10-0 lead, the Patriots responded with 10 unanswered points to end the half. In the third quarter, the action was rather quiet, as the Patriots scored the only three points in the quarter.

In the fourth quarter, the action really picked up. Jets wide receiver Quincy Enunwa was able to make a ridiculous catch in the end zone to give the Jets a 17-13 lead. Despite having the lead late, the Jets were unable to hold on, as the Patriots would kick a field goal, and then Brady led them down the field late for a game-winning drive.

Even though the Jets played one of their best games of the season, they now have a 3-8 record in 2016. As the season continues, it will be interesting to see how the Jets move forward from here.

Here are five takeaways from the loss on Sunday to the Patriots.
