Short-handed Secondary Needs Help

Vikings tight end Kyle Rudolph logged five catches for 55 yards and a touchdown in a productive night. Bradford found him in the end zone matched against Wade for an easy touchdown.

Vikings wideout Charles Johnson simply torched Wade on multiple snaps for 30 and 40 yards. Despite a solid offseason, the fourth-year defensive back struggled tremendously in live action.

With Rodgers-Cromartie, Apple, Darian Thompson and Nat Berhe missing in action, the Vikings targeted the replacements with success. Bradford picked the Giants secondary apart with multiple options. Three receivers finished with five catches.

If Bradford managed to dissect the secondary, Green Bay Packers Aaron Rodgers should surgically dice through an ailing pass defense on short rest. The Giants need to find the magic elixir to heal some of their defensive backs before their Week 5 matchup at Lambeau Field. At the very least, Rodgers-Cromartie should be ready to play.
