– Fitz still struggled

After having the worst game of his career against the Kansas City Chiefs, all eyes were on Ryan Fitzpatrick. It was hard to expect Fitzpatrick to bounce back and have a monster game against the Seahawks’ defense, but the mistakes continued. Fitzpatrick got away with a lot of possible interceptions last season, and it appears that defenders are now capitalizing on these opportunities.

In the loss, Fitzpatrick threw three more interceptions, one of which went through the hands of Robby Anderson. Turnovers continue to haunt Fitzpatrick, who has now thrown nine interceptions in the last two games.

Some of the decisions that Fitzpatrick is making have left many scratching their heads. As a veteran quarterback, Fitzpatrick is making rookie mistakes and trying to force balls into impossible windows.

Now that the Jets have a 1-3 record and they are struggling at the quarterback position. One has to wonder if a change will eventually come. Even it is just a wake call to spark something in Fitzpatrick, the Jets have to consider making a switch at quarterback after the last two weeks. There are no long-term loyalties to Fitzpatrick, and he has just been hurting the team the past two weeks.
