No. 18: Chicago Bulls

The Bulls have name brand players, but they’ll struggle with continuity. As a reluctant shooter, Rajon Rondo will set up the offense as the main ball-handler, but he’ll depend on Jimmy Butler to finish on most occasions.

Wade tore off the injury-prone tag, but how much does he have left going into his 14th NBA season? Unless head coach Fred Hoiberg unleashes Nikola Mirotic and Doug McDermott for three-point flurries every night, the roster will struggle with spot shooting and closing deficits.

No. 17: Milwaukee Bucks

The Milwaukee Bucks fell off their successful pathway after head coach Jason Kidd’s first year. He missed a portion of the previous season due to hip surgery, but he should be able to put this team back on track with a versatile starting lineup.

Jabari Parker will make strides after a playing through 76 games in his sophomore season. The 6’11” ball distributor and defender, Giannis Antetokounmpo, allows Kidd to mix and match pieces within the starting five. The front office also acquired Matthew Dellavedova as a gritty defender off the bench.
