. . . Atlanta Hawks. 6. team. 125

The Atlanta Hawks will claim the Southeast Division title and the No. 3 seed in the East. Despite losing Teague and Horford, the roster reloads with Dennis Schroder stepping into a starting role and Dwight Howard coming to his hometown for a rebirth.

Howard can still produce a double-double on any given night. He’s averaged at least 10 points and 10 rebounds in every season throughout in his 12-year career. His tenure in the league isn’t over, and he’s primed for another solid campaign as the centerpiece within the Hawks offense.

In preparation for this moment, Schroder’s minutes and production have increased year to year. Last season, he averaged 11 points, 4.4 assists in 20.3 minutes per game. With more time on the court, expect him to average about 20 points and approximately seven assists per contest.

The Hawks play in the weakest division in the Eastern Conference, which alleviates immediate pressure on the roster changes.
