Sunday, March 5th, vs. Golden State Warriors

Wherever the Warriors play, they will be a huge draw and that will not change at Madison Square Garden. This is the lone visit the Warriors will be making to New York City this season, as the Knicks will have their hands full.

The Warriors were already loaded with the Splash Brothers in Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson with Draymond Green, but they won the offseason when they landed Kevin Durant as well. With Durant now in the fold, the already explosive Warriors are even more dangerous as they added one of the best players in the NBA to what was already arguably the best team.

The Knicks were destroyed by the Warriors the two times that they played last season, losing by 21 at Madison Square Garden and 36 at Oracle Arena. The Knicks should be able to put up a better fight this season as the roster is much improved.

This will also be a meeting between two super teams if you ask Rose. Rose interestingly said that the Warriors, along with the Knicks, were super teams in the NBA coming into the season. It is something he caught a lot of flack for, but he could quiet some of those critics if he can help the Knicks upset the Warriors.
