It was announced that the New York Giants will not be raising ticket prices for the 2016 season, keeping everything the same from 2015.

More from Empire Writes Back

The New York Giants are coming off their fourth consecutive season without a playoff appearance, and second campaign with a 6-10 final record. The Giants will be looking to turn that record around in 2016, as they were extremely active early in free agency to try and upgrade their defense.

Despite the unsightly record, the support for the team never wavered. The fan base is as strong as any, so people that are lucky enough to have season tickets for the Giants at MetLife Stadium will be happy to hear that there will be no rise in price for the 2016 season, as the Giants will not be making any changes to the ticket prices.

The Giants sent out a letter in February detailing the ticket prices for the 2016 season will remain the same as they were in 2015. 2015 was the first season that the prices raised since MetLife Stadium opened in 2010 according to a Giants’ spokesman. In addition to the ticket pricing, the parking price of $30 will remain the same for all home games during the regular season and preseason.

Here is what the letter that the Giants sent out said:
