The New York Jets had a very successful 2015 season after a lot of change in the offseason, and in 2016, they will look to build on that success.

First-year general manager, Mike Maccagnan, had an excellent first season in charge of the Jets. Maccagnan not only had success with trades and free agency, but he also did a very good job in the NFL Draft.

With the sixth overall pick last season, the Jets selected defensive end, Leonard Williams, who had an excellent rookie season.

Despite having a 10-6 record last season, there is still a lot of work to do for the Jets this offseason, as they have a few key players that are free agents, and they will also need to have another good draft to get some talented youth at a few positions.
