27.) Chicago Bears (1-3)

The Bears got very good news this week that Jay Cutler was healthy enough to play against the Raiders. Cutler totaled 281 passing yards and two passing touchdowns. The Bears likely won’t win many games this season, so they should enjoy this victory against the Raiders.

26.) Philadelphia Eagles (1-3)

One week after Ryan Mathews and the Eagles’ rushing offense got going against the Jets, they were shut down by the Redskins. DeMarco Murray came back after missing one week, but once again didn’t find any success. Murray totaled just 36 rushing yards, and Matthews totaled only 20 rushing yards. Things are once again looking bleak for the Eagles in 2015.

25.) Jacksonville Jaguars (1-3)

The Jaguars were another team in Week 4 that was let down by their kicker in a loss. Jason Myers was another kicker that missed multiple kicks in Week 4, and that cost the Jaguars a chance to be leading in the AFC South. T.J. Yeldon looked very good on the ground for the Jaguars which is a good sign for their hopeful future success.
