18.) Kansas City Chiefs (1-2)
The Kansas City Chiefs had another tough primetime game against the Green Bay Packers after a horrible loss to the Denver Broncos on Thursday Night Football in Week 2. The Chiefs’ offense came alive a bit in the second half of Week 3, but it wasn’t enough.
In the loss, Jamaal Charles totaled three rushing touchdowns, but the Chiefs’ defense wasn’t able to stop Aaron Rodgers or the Packers’ offense at all.
17.) Indianapolis Colts (1-2)
The Indianapolis Colts avoided disaster in Week 3 against the Tennessee Titans. Colts’ quarterback Andrew Luck once again struggled, as he totaled 260 passing yards, two passing touchdowns, and two interceptions.
One positive for the Colts was that they were able to establish their running game with Frank Gore. In the win, Gore totaled 86 rushing yards and two rushing touchdowns. The Colts have yet to look good this season, and that is mostly on the shoulders of Luck.
16.) New York Giants (1-2)
The New York Giants were finally able to win their game of the 2015 season on Thursday Night Football against the Washington Redskins. In the first two weeks of the season, the Giants blew double-digit leads in both games, so this was a much-needed win.
On Thursday, the Giants were able to hold on to a fourth-quarter lead and keep their season alive. One of the main reasons for the Giants winning was the play from their wide receivers. Odell Beckham Jr. continued his great play to start the season, as he totaled seven receptions, 79 receiving yards, and one receiving touchdown. Beckham finally got some help from Rueben Randle who had his best game of the season by totaling 116 receiving yards and one receiving touchdown.
