6.) Cincinnati Bengals (2-0)
The Cincinnati Bengals are flying under the radar in 2015 so far with a 2-0 record and a quarterback that is playing very well. Andy Dalton takes a lot of heat for his poor performances in big games and the playoffs, but he is playing very well to start the 2015 season.
In two games, Dalton has totaled 483 passing yards, five passing touchdowns, a 68.3 completion percentage, and most importantly zero interceptions. It’s hard to buy into the Bengals with their struggles against elite competition in recent years, but they do look good so far in 2015.
5.) Dallas Cowboys (2-0)
Week 2 was both good and bad for the Dallas Cowboys. The positive was that they beat the Philadelphia Eagles on the road, but they also lost their quarterback, Tony Romo. One week after losing Dez Bryant for a majority of the season, the Cowboys will now be without Romo for more than half the season.
With no Romo or Bryant, the Cowboys will likely be in for a rough remainder of the season, but as of now they are 2-0 and leading the NFC East.
If the Cowboys are going to continue to win, they will have to do it with a strong running game and hope their defense plays like it did against the Eagles.
4.) Arizona Cardinals (2-0)
The Arizona Cardinals were able to handle their business on the road in Week 2, as they defeated the Chicago Bears. The Cardinals’ offense was great against a poor Bears’ defense, as Carson Palmer had another big week with four passing touchdowns.
Larry Fitzgerald turned back the clock on Sunday by totaling eight receptions, 112 receiving yards, and three receiving touchdowns. Even without Andre Ellington, the Cardinals were able to run the ball well with Chris Johnson totaling 72 rushing yards, and David Johnson totaled 42 rushing yards with a touchdown.
With the Seahawks 0-2, the Cardinals are emerging as the favorite in the AFC West.
