The Penguins maybe struggling, but their star Sidney Crosby has been playing at a very high level in their last five games. In his last five games, Crosby has five points with three goals and two assists, but it hasn’t been enough to get the Penguins more than one win.
With the struggles of Halak lately, and the Penguins needing two points, Crosby is going to be very aggressive looking to get his team a goal. In their most recent game against the Senators, Crosby came out looking to get his team a win early, but despite having two points, the Penguins choked a three-goal lead.
Crosby is once again an MVP candidate, and with the Penguins free-falling look for him to have one of his best games of the season in a must-win game for the Penguins. On Friday night, Crosby could have a three-point game, as he will try to do everything he can to help his team win.
