With the MLB ready to kick off their season with Opening Night in just eight days, that also means fantasy baseball season is right around the corner. With just about a week left, people have their final cheat sheets and preseason rankings filled out in hopes of selecting the perfect team that will lead to a fantasy baseball championship in September.

One team to keep an eye on in fantasy baseball drafts are members of the New York Mets. The Mets have high aspirations heading into the regular season, and with some of the additions they made they could challenge for a playoff spot in the NL. Those additions made them a stronger team, which makes for good fantasy baseball targets.
