Tuesday night will be a big game in not only New York, but across the NHL, as the New York Islanders will be hosting the New York Rangers for the final time this season.

The Islanders and Rangers have been bouncing back-and-forth in the standings as they battle for first-place in the Metropolitan Division. Both teams have Stanley Cup aspirations, and it shows by how crucial every point is for both teams in the tight Eastern Conference.

Despite injuries, both the Islanders and Rangers have had players step up with star players missing time.  For the Islanders, it has been rookie Anders Lee filling in for Kyle Okposo, and for the Rangers it’s been Cam Talbot filling in greatly for Henrik Lundqvist.

Tuesday night will be the final time the Islanders and Rangers face off this regular season, and with so much on the line, expect to see a great game.
