C.J. Spiller

Spiller has spent his entire five-year career with the Buffalo Bills, but will be a free agent this offseason. He is coming off his worst season of his career, as he played in only nine games and put up career-low numbers across the board. That could make him a buy low target in free agency for the Giants, as he could potentially be had for cheap coming off such a poor statistically season.

Spiller has shown throughout his career that he is a capable dual threat out of the backfield, exactly what the Giants need. They do not have the home run threat coming out of the backfield that would add an extra dimension to their offense. Spiller would bring that, as he could be the running back the Giants use in space as Jennings and Williams are used as the battering rams in between the tackles.

Spiller also has experience as a starter, so if Jennings and or Williams were to miss time, he would not have a problem stepping into the starting lineup and being leaned on as a lead back for a period of time.
