Four straight seasons without a winning record made the firing of Rex Ryan easy. The Jets needed some fresh faces after the John Idzik mess. They are hoping Mike Maccagnan can get things back on track.  New coach Todd Bowles is a good start, but he will have his hands full with a roster full of holes.
