Grade: B
This offseason will not be remembered for years to come, unless of course they can land Moncada. The moves they made wont have as much impact as past free agent signings. But when you take into account the budget Cashman had to work with, it is actually impressive. The moves he made will keep the team competing for a wild card spot and give some of the younger players opportunities to show why they belong until the Yankees are ready to go on a spending spree again.
