With the New York Knicks season virtually over, with the postseason out of the question, there are a number of roster moves that could be on the horizon. Phil Jackson has made virtually the whole roster outside of Carmelo Anthony available in a trade, which means the Knicks could look drastically different in two weeks than they do now.

Jose Calderon, Andrea Bargnani and Pablo Prigioni are the three names mentioned most in trade rumors, with Amar’e Stoudemire being the most stunning omission from that last. Last the Knicks had mentioned that Stoudemire wouldn’t be going anywhere, but they seem to be changing their tune recently.

Rumors are swirling now that Stoudemire and the Knicks may actually agree to part ways via a buyout or waiving. Stoudemire will take the All-Star break to determine what he wants, as he has said no matter how bad things have gotten that New York is where he wants to be.

It seems that there is a chance that may change, as the decision is really up to Stoudemire if he wants to stay with the Knicks or become a free agent and pick a contender to play for. While STAT is once against struggling with injuries, he has shown this season that he is capable of performing in limited minutes.

With that, we will take a look at which teams Stoudemire may be the missing piece to. Here are six teams that Stoudemire could sign with if he is indeed bought out by the Knicks.
