Scoring has been an issue for the Devils this season, as they rank 27th in the NHL with just 2.2 goals per game, but one bright spot on their offense has been 42-year old Jaromir Jagr. Jagr this season is leading the Devils in scoring with 25 points, as he is first on the team in assists with 16, and third on the team in goals with nine.

On Saturday against the Philadelphia Flyers, Jagr put himself in the record book becoming the oldest player in NHL history to have a hat-trick.

In the two games against the Islanders this season, Jagr has two assists with eight shots on goal, and after a shutout against the Bruins, Jagr will certainly be looking to get his team a goal early against the Islanders.
