21.) Jacoby Ellsbury

In what was another disappointing season for the New York Yankees, their offense struggled a lot at times, but their best hitter overall was Jacoby Ellsbury.

Ellsbury’s first season with the Yankees did not start out well, but as the season went on Ellsbury started to play better with his new team and finished with a pretty decent season statistically.

In 2014, Ellsbury led the Yankees in batting average, hitting .271, he was also first in OBP at .328. His power numbers in the hitter-friendly Yankee Stadium were pretty good with 16 homeruns and 70 RBI.
