. . . RUSHING OFFENSE. A+

With Rashad Jennings hampered by an ankle injury, the Giants backfield was in the hands of rookie Andre Williams. When given a chance earlier in the season to be the featured back it didn’t go well for Williams or the Giants, as he struggled to get anything going. Against the Titans, that wasn’t the case, as Williams tore them up.

Williams put together a career day against the lowly Titans’ rush defense, rushing for 131 yards on 24 carries and one touchdown. His touchdown was of the explosive variety, as he took a handoff 50 yards without really being touched for a career-long, and longest for the Giants in over two seasons. He also added three receptions for 16 yards, which anyone that has followed the Giants knows is quite a feat.
