Both are rookies in their new roles and are feeling things out. It was unfair to expect a fast turnaround from the disaster that was last season. There was always going to be a transitional period, but even with that being said they are partially responsible for this debacle. A 4-17 record is unacceptable for this team. But even with the struggles, they cannot change course to try and save a lost season that they never were going to hit it rich in even if everything went according to plan. They need to stick to the course and continuing reshaping this franchise.
