We take a look at the New York Giants selections in the dueling 2017 NFL Mock Drafts from ESPN’s Mel Kiper and Todd McShay.

An ankle injury kept Davis out of workouts at the combine, but he had a spectacular pro day, running a 4.56 40 with a 38½-inch vertical.

The New York Giants have had a strong 2017 offseason. They have been able to fill some holes on the roster despite not having much salary cap room. The Giants will look to continue adding to that successful offseason in the 2017 NFL Draft.

Where the Giants will go in the NFL Draft is anyone’s guess. They could use some help along the offensive line and linebacker. A running back isn’t out of the question, and defensive line depth would help also.

For the Giants, the best player available strategy has been used for many years. They look to maximize value and talent in the early rounds over need. This year, the Giants may be able to hit value and need with their selections. That is what they do in the dueling mock draft between Mel Kiper and Todd McShay.

Over at ESPN, Kiper and McShay have a two-round dueling mock draft. They both go pick by pick in the first two rounds of the 2017 NFL Draft. Both have the Giants selecting a player on the defensive side of the ball in the first round and the offensive side of the ball in the second round.

We take a look at the picks and give our reaction to the players being selected and other players that could have been in play with the pick.
