The New York Giants lost to the Green Bay Packers on Sunday, and Odell Beckham Jr. reportedly punched a hole in the wall after the loss.

It was a tough evening for the New York Giants in Green Bay, as they were eliminated from the playoffs. For Giants wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr, it was an extremely difficult game.

There was a lot of controversy surrounding Beckham before the game against the Packers, as he and other wide receivers were partying in Miami on their off-day. Even though the Giants didn’t have a scheduled practice, partying in Miami the week of the playoffs isn’t a good look.

If Beckham struggled, people would point to him being in Miami earlier in the week. Unfortunately for Beckham and the Giants, a bad game is exactly what he had. In the 38-13 loss, Beckham totaled just 28 receiving yards on four catches.

The real problem for Beckham was his drops. In the loss, he totaled three drops, one of which would have been a touchdown. While the partying in Miami likely had absolutely nothing to do with his performance, that is something that is going to stick with him.

After the game, Beckham reportedly punched a hole in the wall in frustration.

This is continuing a trend of poor behavior for Beckham with the Giants. Even though it was an off-day, making the decision to go to Miami to partying the week before your first playoff game is simply not a good decision.

Beckham can’t take all of the blame for the Giants losing the game, but he was a big part of it. His two drops in the first quarter could have cost the Giants anywhere from 10-14 points. Having that kind of lead against the Packers could have totally changed the game. Now, Beckham and the Giants will have to try and just forget about Sunday and prepare for next season.
