The Minnesota Timberwolves face the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden on December 2nd, 2016. Here is all the information you will need to watch the game.

The Minnesota Timberwolves and New York Knicks wrap up their home-and-home series tonight in New York. The teams played Wednesday night in Minneapolis, with the Knicks taking home a 106-104 victory.

The Knicks can thank their bench in large part for that victory. The whole second unit played well and were able to give the Knicks a big cushion. The Timberwolves didn’t let up, as they climbed all the way back from a 17-point fourth quarter deficit. But, Carmelo Anthony ended those comeback hopes with a game-winner, his second in the last week, with under three seconds left.

Prior to that game winner Anthony was struggling mightily. The Timberwolves were doing a good job mixing up their looks and defense and it was working. Anthony finished the game only 5-for-16 for 14 points.

His teammates did a good job of picking him up. Kristaps Porzingis showcased his talents all night en route to 29 points, eight rebounds, and four assists. He also protected the rim well with two blocks and multiple shots changed.

More from New York Knicks

His fellow 2015 NBA Draft class member Karl-Anthony Towns put on a show of his own. Not to be outdone by Porzingis, Towns had a career night. He scored 47 points with 18 rebounds, two assists, one steal, and three blocks. He was unstoppable from all over the court and took advantage of whoever the Knicks threw his way.

Unfortunately for him, he get very little help from his teammates. Only Andrew Wiggins and Zach LaVine scored in double-figures along with him; their bench was outscored by the Knicks bench 43-5.

That is all in the learning process for a young Timberwolves team. Will they be able to bounce back and split the home-and-home? Or will the Knicks sweep the series and get back over the .500 mark. We will have to wait and watch to find out. Here is all the information you will need to watch the game between the Timberwolves and Knicks when they tip off tonight.

You will notice some changes in the Knicks starting lineup. Normally Courtney Lee and Joakim Noah would be in the starting lineup, but both are questionable. According to sources, Lee is expected to miss the game. If Noah is able to go, he will slide into the starting lineup with O’Quinn heading back to the bench.
