Last year, the New York Giants lost to the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 17, which placed Big Blue in a long-travel predicament. According to CBS Sports writer John Breech, the loser of the season finale between the two teams would be sent to London. With a loss, New York punched their ticket to the United Kingdom.

The Giants and Los Angeles Rams will play the second NFL game, this year, in London featuring a matchup between 3-3 squads. Coming off a win, the Giants draw a team on a two-game skid.

There’s still a discrepancy as to how much the Giants improved their roster over the offseason. On one hand, the defense no longer ranks dead last in yards allowed. However, the Giants have only registered six sacks in six games, which lists as the fewest in the league.

Thus far, defensive ends Jason Pierre-Paul and Olivier Vernon registered one sack apiece. The Rams offensive line has allowed 13 sacks through six contests. Is it time for either Pierre-Paul or Vernon to break through for a highlight performance?

Of course, wide receiver Odell Beckham and his teammates’ reaction to his on-field antics took over the storylines in the past few days. Lost in all the hoopla is the fact he ranks No. 5 in receiving yards across the league. The flashy star wideout continues to show his unmatched talent in between the white lines despite his emotional struggles.
