Orange Links: New York Knicks, Rookie, PF Analysis And More

Hey BBall fans,

The 2014 New York Knicks’ off-season is slower than ever but that doesn’t mean you won’t find articles around to get your Knicks fix of the day.

ESPN New York’s Ian Begley wrote about the Knicks’ positional battles and roster depth specifically for the power forward position, much like we’ve been doing here. He calls Amar’e Stoudemire the wildcard and the starting PF on big lineups, with Melo at SF and Jason Smith at center.

Seth Rosenthal of P&T reports the Rookie Photoshoot, in which three Knicks rookies are present. I don’t even know if the frenchman who was drafted late 2nd round is the third guy, but who else could it be. Take a loot at the photos and tell me please.

You can see Thanasis Antetokounmpo and Cleanthony Early dunking and fooling around as well. Early was signed by the franchise and Thanasis will probably go play for the Westchester Knicks for a while.

Rookies Fooling Around

Have you seen the footage of Carmelo Anthony chilling with the Real Madrid players at their training camp? Probably. I would love to have heard that he was happy in New York before going to his free agency tour early last month. Don’t do this to me Melo. Ok, he’s back now. He seems happy coming back. Watch this top athlete do his thing on the soccer field (warning: scrub alert!).

That’s it. More as it comes.
